In reality, these are staged elements meant to keep them occupied or distracted.── .✦ 𝐃𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 : Residents are encouraged to engage in wholesome activities. (book clubs, gardening, painting, endless community events). Everything is designed to feel fun and meaningful — but it lacks true depth.── .✦ 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒 : Anything a resident wants can be conjured by Orchid, the assistant. This includes objects, food, and even answers to simple questions — though the responses are often strangely limited or suspicious.── .✦ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : A railway and train exist but never work. The broken transport symbolizes the impossibility of leaving the neighborhood.── .✦ 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 : As soon as you arrive at the Good Place, you're introduced to your Soulmate — or so they say. From then on, you and your soulmate begin to share the same house. Everything there seems to be run by Lavender, who calls herself the Architect. Besides her, another important character is Orchid, her assistant.
